We don't track you. That's the policy.

Draft — review by counsel before launch

This policy is written to reflect our intended practice: privacy-friendly analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, no consent banner. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before site launch, particularly as the cookie set expands when payment and form-submission flows go live.

The short version

bookedwild.com sets no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies. We do not show a cookie consent banner because we do not require consent for the cookies we use. Our analytics provider (Plausible) does not use cookies at all.

Two pages on the site set functional cookies as part of payment and form-submission flows: /audit/deep-insight when you proceed to Stripe checkout, and any future form-submission pages that use anti-spam or session tools. These cookies are strictly necessary for the function and do not require consent under UK GDPR.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are read and which are not. Plausible is privacy-friendly: no cookies, no personal data collected, no individual visitor profiles built. Aggregate page views, referrers, and device categories only.

Because Plausible does not use cookies, no consent banner is required to comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.

Payment processing

When you click through to buy the £97 Deep Insight Audit, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe sets cookies on its own domain to handle the payment session and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not ours.

We embed no Stripe code on bookedwild.com itself, only the link out to Stripe checkout. No payment-related cookies are set on bookedwild.com.

What we do not use

We do not use:

  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or any cookie-based analytics provider
  • Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter conversion tracking, or any social media tracking pixels
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any advertising re-targeting cookies
  • Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory, or any session-recording tools
  • Cookie consent banner / consent management platforms (because we don't need one)

Your control

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because bookedwild.com does not rely on cookies for core functionality (apart from the Stripe-side payment flow), blocking them does not affect your ability to read, navigate, or purchase from the site.

The ICO's guidance on cookies explains the rules and your rights in plain English.

Future changes

If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary — for example, if we add a marketing automation tool that requires consent — we'll add a banner at that point and update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
