What the Flagship is

The Flagship is a 9-month engagement for groups, collectives, and destination brands running multiple properties or a destination marketing organisation. £30,000 fixed. Six places per year. Application only. Scope: all five surfaces of the Booked Wild Method (Pitch, Publish, Product, Profile, Partnership), a Flagship-tier website rebuild built in WordPress Elementor or Astro included once in the engagement, weekly working sessions, quarterly strategy reviews, founder + leadership press positioning, entity graph saturation, and partnership outreach producing named cross-citations. Hosting included in the website rebuild; CRM and AI agents optional.

The five surfaces · the Booked Wild Method

Pitch. Publish. Product. Profile. Partnership.

  1. 01

    Pitch

The single sharpest articulation of why guests should book direct. Across hero copy, sales decks, partner conversations, press introductions. One clear, defensible sentence the whole organisation can repeat verbatim.

  2. 02

    Publish

An editorial engine running across the journal, research releases, named-author bylines, and quarterly intelligence reports. AI engines reward this. Press picks it up. Operators within the collective become the cited voices.

  3. 03

    Product

Every property page, every experience page, every booking surface engineered for AI extraction. Schema, citation blocks, plain-text pricing, llms.txt, AGENTS.md. The on-site signals AI engines actually read.

  4. 04

    Profile

Entity graph saturation. Wikipedia presence where defensible. Knowledge panel optimisation. Press placements in named outlets. Founder bylines in industry trade press. The web's encyclopedia layer learning who you are.

  5. 05

    Partnership

Outreach into regional DMOs, complementary operators, and the editorial sources AI engines pull from. Cross-citations, joint research, named partnerships. The flywheel that compounds when the first four surfaces are running.

Sprint runs Product. Programme runs Product, Publish, and parts of Profile. Flagship is the only path that runs all five — and the only one where Partnership is included.

What's included · 10 named deliverables

The full engagement, named line by line.

  • All five surfaces of the Booked Wild Method run weekly on a published cadence
  • Flagship-tier website rebuild — multilingual, multi-property architecture, included once
  • Editorial: 1 article per fortnight engineered for AI extraction; press placements quarterly

  • Founder + leadership press positioning: bylines, podcast appearances, panel speaking
  • Quarterly research collaboration — destination intelligence reports co-authored and published
  • Direct Slack channel with the team. Weekly working session. Quarterly strategy review.
This fits if
  • Multiple properties under a collective brand, OR a destination marketing organisation, OR a portfolio operator with 30+ bookable units
  • Annual revenue above £2m across the estate
  • A budget for marketing infrastructure (not just monthly retainer)
  • Decision-making authority to act on the work — Flagship doesn't survive committee inertia
Wait, or pick a different path, if
  • You run a single property — even a boutique hotel → Programme
  • You're a single tour operator or experience provider → Sprint or Programme depending on scale
  • You want a fixed monthly fee with no application process → Programme
  • You want website work without the strategic engagement → Add-ons

FAQ

Things groups and DMOs ask before applying.

Why six places per year?

Because Flagship is delivered by a senior team, not a junior account manager. Six concurrent engagements is the realistic ceiling for the depth of work — entity graph saturation, multi-property schema architecture, weekly editorial cadence, partnership outreach. We run six well; we'd run twelve badly. We've chosen six.

Why nine months and not twelve?

The five surfaces of the Booked Wild Method compound at different rates. Pitch and Product land in the first quarter. Publish and Profile compound through quarters two and three. Partnership flywheel ignites by month seven and runs on its own beyond month nine. Twelve months means three months of paying us when the work is already self-sustaining. Nine months is honest.

What about year two?

Optional Programme transition at the standard £1,500–£2,500/mo, scope-dependent, after the Flagship engagement closes. Many Flagship operators end the relationship — the cadence is set, the partnerships exist, the team can run it internally. Some transition to Programme to keep the cadence going without rebuilding it. Our preference is whichever serves the operator.

Is the application process real?

Yes. We turn down ~70% of applications. We're not interested in operators looking for a vendor; we're interested in operators looking for a partner who'll build the citation flywheel with them. The application asks specific questions about authority structure, decision-making, and what's actually been tried before. The discovery call is honest.

Payment terms?

25% on signing, then milestone-based across nine months — typically 25% at month 3, 25% at month 6, 25% at month 9. Negotiated at application stage. Not bookable online — application only.

Can I add Hosting, CRM, or AI agents?

Hosting is included in the Flagship-tier website rebuild. CRM and Marketing Automation can layer on at standard pricing (£49–£199/mo, scope-dependent). AI agent creation can layer on at standard pricing (from £99/mo per agent). All optional.

Six places per year. Apply by call.

The application starts with a call. Forty-five minutes. We learn what you're trying to build; you learn what we'd do in the first quarter and whether we're the right people for it.
